I didn't go inside either of their buildings, which are near the beautiful historic Topeka train staton, and they are in a location where there were quite a few homeless people, some in tents....

My loved one has missed curfew by a few minutes and got banned for 30 days ,I really do think that this should be changed due to most who stay there have to walk or ride a bike,he had no knowledge...
