Food is never good and always getting my order wrong. Shouldn't have to wait in a drive through for over 20 minutes for a milkshake

Doesn't appear to be open anymore. The last time I went it took 15 minutes to place an order for two chocolate shakes and another 20 minutes to get them. Not sure but it appears to be closed.
