I found a home in health care when I was introduced to pediatrics. I just love seeing kids of all ages, from teeny, tiny babies all the way up to teenagers. Engaging with kids as much as you do with the parents is essential to building trust. The most satisfying part of the job is seeing children grow up to be healthy and successful young adults.

I really try to treat my patients like family members. I make sure they're well taken care of and take time to answer their questions. If a patient has an orthopedic problem, I strive to get it resolved quickly. Seeing people succeed and get back to functioning normally is my favorite thing.
