Mazhar A Afaq, MD

Dr. Carrie Lehr is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She earned her medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine and completed her residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Dr. Lehr feels it is a privilege to be a physician and to be involved in the treatment and preventative care needs of her patients. She works closely with patients to make sure they are knowledgeable and informed about their diagnoses and their choices for treatment. She also works closely with specialists to make sure her patients are getting the care that they need and want.

Dr. Paul Pena is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He earned his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Dr. Pena aims to provide quality, up-to-date patient care with emphasis on caring for patients as unique individuals.

Dr. Keith Sale is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. He earned his medical degree from Medical University of South Carolina and completed his residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Dr. Sale strives to provide comprehensive otolaryngology care in an understanding and compassionate environment. He has a special interest in sinus disorders, allergy and VNS implantation, but treats all otolaryngology-related conditions.
