Established in 1976, El Centro is a social services organization that creates and manages educational, social and economic opportunities for individuals and families. It provides a telephone reassurance program that focuses on companionship services for senior citizens. The organization offers shelter placement, case management, and individual and group counseling services for the victims of domestic violence.
