Established in 1994, Konza Prairie Community Health Center has been specializing in catering health care needs of the Junction City/Geary County area. Based in Junction City, Kan., it offers an array of services, including primary health care service, immunization, mental health services as well as transportation services for medical appointments. In addition to these, it provides medication assistance program for qualifying individuals, pre-employment drug testing and physicals. Konza Prairie Community Health Center also offers prescription programs.
