Jayson Yang, MD

Derek Jensen, MD, is a fellowship-trained urologist with Advanced Urologic Associates. Dr Jensen has specialized training in robotic and minimally invasive surgery, with clinical interests in urologic oncology including kidney, bladder, prostate, testicular, and penile cancer. Dr Jensen is committed to building strong relationships and helping his patients better understand their condition to participate in shared decision-making throughout treatment. When Dr Jensen is not caring for patients, he enjoys staying active outdoors with cycling, playing soccer, backpacking, and spending time with his family.

Dr Shook is an Associate Professor of Surgery at the UMKC School of Medicine and Surgery Residency Program. He is an attending surgeon at Saint Luke's Health System and trains other surgeons. He is a board-certified surgeon with specialty experience and a focus in breast surgery and breast cancer treatment. He is the medical director of the Saint Luke's Health System Comprehensive Breast Program. Having more than 30 years of experience as a practicing surgeon, his surgical practice has evolved in the breast surgery specialty, long before fellowships or specialization.
