Small little place but very cozy. Excellent service. Yummy pasta. My wife had the clams linguini and I had the tour of Italy. Delicious bread hot of the oven.

The food is amazing. Owner makes pasta herself fresh. Italian food, and straight from Europe. They are new here, only a month. They fed our whole basketball team, food was quality and fast!...

Not much atmosphere but the food is authentic and outstanding! We went looking for this one we loved it so much a couple of months ago when we were traveling through Hayes. Huge lobster raviolis...

Another delicious and fun night at the Italian Cafe in Hays, KS. Hayley was our efficient and knowledgeable server. We had a table of 6 with 2 bottles of delicious wine, and some guys drank beer....
