Listed as closed but just under new management. The new owners are jacking up the rent, almost 10% yearly increases. Not worth the value.

PARKING is absolutely ridiculous. if you want a garage, you better get one when you sign the lease or else you will never get one. the waitlist is bs, new tenants get garages before the waitlisted...

Nice apartments...don't live here if you want to have friends over though, they will tow your car in the blink of an eye and charge you 225-300 bucks to get it back. There's no guest parking...
