Poor install job. Three seams in the hallway fraying and carpet fraying in other places. They gave us the run around and never fixed it.

Should be minus stars!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Suppose to arrive between 9am and noon!! Was. NO SHOW...NO CALL!!! Called and spoke to Julia at 1:20pm and was to call me back...NEVER...
