Cocoa Dolce opened its doors in November 2005. Using traditional European technologies and equipment, our chefs create chocolates with meticulous attention to ingredients, taste, texture and finish. Cocoa Dolce's goal is to wow people at first bite. All candies, chocolates and drinks are handcrafted in-house in small batches without preservatives. No batch of chocolate is kept for longer than four weeks. All ingredients, from caramel to marshmallows and peanut butter, are handmade with love in the heart of Kansas.
