Burlingame Schuyler Museum

The Burlingame Historical Preservation Society Inc. is dedicated to preserving and maintaining the rich history of the Burlingame, Kansas area. The society operates the Schuyler Museum, which features eight rooms of exhibits showcasing local history through artifacts, photographs, and a variety of displays, including a 1938 fire truck from the Burlingame Fire Department.

In addition to the museum, the society oversees the Superior School, the last remnant of the town of Superior, and organizes events to engage the community in appreciation and knowledge of local history. Visitors can explore collections of Native American artifacts, farm and mining memorabilia, and works by local artists.
