place was DIRTY - behind the counter alone makes you loose you appetite - no paper in bathrooms - booths all dirty - I would close the store for thorough cleaning - surprised the healrh department...

It's ice cream. Chocolate scoop on a waffle cone. The lines are always too long at noon so be ready to wait awhile.
