The lady works at the reception and also prepares for the smog check is rude and has big attitude. She doesn't know what a guest service is. and If she is the owner of the business, and good luck...

Fast and friendly service. I was a drop-in and they fit me in. The waiting area was comfortable (no coffee or water, though) and the wait was not overly long. I was very pleased with the exerience.
