With more than 15 million pounds of stainless and nickel alloy plates available, Sandmeyer stocks one of the largest and most extensive single-site, stainless plate inventories in North America. The company s 150,000-square-foot facility in Philadelphia features more than 100 pieces of equipment capable of producing 24 grades of metal in virtually any shape or configuration. Its value-added processes include plasma cutting, water jet cutting, machine cutting, milling, polishing and flattening capabilities. Sandmeyer Steel Company is a private company in its third generation of family ownership.
