Whitey's is one of those places that fully lives up to the local hype. Every time I stop in, the service is quick, friendly, and exactly what you'd expect from a classic Midwest ice cream shop....

Seriously the BEST ice cream! We had a waffle cone with Mississippi River Revel (so good!) and a cake cone with the black raspberry chip which was also delicious. So sad that I don't live closer...
