The Stuffed Olive

The Stuffed Olive was founded in 2004 in Cedar Falls, Iowa. It began as a Martini Bar with a great menu featuring plenty of great concoctions to choose from. In 2005 tapas (small plates) was added to the menu and the martini menu continued to grow. The original Stuffed Olive is still located in the heart of downtown Cedar Falls, and continues to be a town favorite. After months of planning and renovations the new Stuffed Olive in Iowa City opened in May of 2022 with a tapas menu that will send your taste buds on a journey and a polished martini menu featuring all of our past favorites along with some new fare. Today there is over 100 martinis to choose from and some of the best chef prepared food the Iowa City area has to offer. The new Stuffed Olive is full of soft leather seating in a modern, luxurious, yet minimalistic atmosphere. We often hear from our guests that the Stuffed Olive is their favorite place. We think it just might be yours too. From the incredible food to perfectly selected background music and lighting, we think you’ll find Olive to be a very sexy and sophisticated atmosphere to socialize and make yourself at home with your favorite martini.
