I made an online order through the Subway app, and some kids came in and took my food. The employees refused to do anything about it, refused to remake the food, refused to let us talk to the manager.

I would really like to know why subway in Pleasant Hill Iowa always likes to close early. I mean you guys don't even take coupons anymore so apparently you need the business get it together!
