Absolutely horrible. Had a pair of shoes that were on sale. Went to check out and the guy would not sell the shoes to me because they were a size US 9 in a box with a different size on them....

The only reason I'm giving a 0 is because today I was met with a couple of RUDE female employees. I came in to EXCHANGE, not RETURN, a pair of sandals. I didn't think that it would be a big deal...
