Ben has done an amazing job for my lower back. I had a lower back pain for over 7 years, and have been to some other massages, and I found that this is the most professional and effective place!

Rogue Bodyworks, LLC is the next evolution in Massage Therapy and soft tissue manipulation. It is new to the area and in concept, but not in practice. Founded by Ben Sponsler, MMP, Rogue Bodyworks focuses on Medical Massage, Sports Therapy, and Injury Rehabilitation. Ben Sponsler has been licensed and practicing in the Des Moines area since 2006.
