Ganzo's Mexican restaurant was established in 1962 by Mr. & Mrs. John "Ganzo" Puente. Ganzo's actually started as a small cafe in Moline, IL. At that time, it was called El Puente Cafe. The business moved to Bettendorf, IA in 1969 and subsequently renamed the restaurant Ganzo's. The current Ganzo's Restaurant & Cantina, owned by Mike and Mary Ann Puente, opened in November 1972. After 27 years at Division and Locust St ( "5 Points" ), the restaurant relocated to 3923 N. Marquette St in Davenport, IA. Additional Services: In addition to our restaurant, we also have catering services available as well as a concession stand that serves events throughout Iowa and Illinois. And don't miss your chance to attend our always exciting Cinco De Mayo Festival, the biggest party in the QC!
