SIG Manufacturing Company produces more than 2,000 products that range from injection-molded accessories and parts to complete airplane models. The company is headquartered in its 80,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Montezuma, Iowa. It is a leading processor of balsa, spruce, maple, bass and plywood. It also has a paint and fuel division that manufactures paints, glow fuels and chemicals. Its model airplanes are designed in radio-controlled, free flight and control line varieties.
