Never had a bad experience. They have a 48 hour policy on fish if they die, they aren't like your big chains like petsmart that have 2 weeks. But all of mine have lasted longer than that...

The Pet Project is an all-volunteer-run non-profit organization located in Des Moines, Iowa, dedicated to supporting pet owners in financial hardship through various proactive programs. Their initiatives include a Pet Pantry that offers five months of pet food and supplies, as well as the AniMeals program, which provides pet food to participants of Meals on Wheels.
