Community Health Care, located in Davenport, Iowa, is a federally qualified health center that provides medical and dental care services in the Iowa and Illinois Quad-Cities. In 2004, the hospital provided medical and dental care to more than 24,000 patients at its clinics. Its affiliated clinics include: Moline Clinic in Moline, Ill., Rock Island Clinic in Rock Island, Ill., and its four Davenport affiliates; CHC River Drive Clinic, CHC Dental Clinic, Regional Virology Clinic, and CHC Healthcare for the Homeless Program. Founded in 1975, CHC is accredited by the Joint Commission for Accreditation for Healthcare Organizations.
