We choose to build only the number of homes we feel we can finish to the standards we, and you, expect. So, depending on the requirements of each home, that could be around a dozen homes a year. Sometimes more, sometimes less. That's another aspect that builds trust. We don't take on more than we can handle, therefore you can trust that we'll do the job right. We pride ourselves on "being there" for our clients, even after the home is complete. You won't get the runaround when you call us for follow-up questions.
