The guy running the front is so rude! Placed my order online and said 16-21 min I waited 30 min and it still wasn't ready! They are so slow and are not prepared for downtown people traffic!

Absolutely awful. We ordered online at 6pm for 10pm. Arrived at 10pm and we waited for 2 hours for our order. The workers were so rude and insulted us and everyone else in the store who was waiting.
