my girlfriend came in 2 months ago to get an oil change by these people. The picture here shows a mangled oil filter and a now damaged oil cooler because the techs here are not trained properly!!!...

They ran out of oil at 130 pm I waited 45 minutes for an oil change with 8 people walking around looking like they didn't know what to do then heard them using a drill to take my air filter cover...

Already been back three times for an oil leak that was caused by their oil change a week ago. 2013 F150. They keep saying it's oil on the frame caused by the oil change. Doesn't sound right to me.
