The counter clerks are all very friendly and helpful. The lobby is open 24/7 and you can buy postage for letters and packages at a self-serve machine, and almost all the time it's working.

The place is packed. Employees busy talking to each other. All I needed to do is drop off package and get a receipt. So did most in line. But for the 5 th time your scanner in lobby was down and...

Just a word of advice - never go into here thinking that the counter clerks are going to help you with anything. Like any bureaucratic appendage, private or public, they are only in the business...

Service totally sucks. Can't even get a automated service to direct your calls to locations that you need to get to.
