We waited a week for a repair that was supposed to take 45 min per VZW. We got to the repair center and tech automatically says he thinks phone got wet but it never had which he couldn't prove....

Apparently the listed number is to a call center that has no clue or contact with the store... Was told to bring the laptop in and it'll be ready in 1-2 hours. (Memory install) Wasted my time...
