I took in a watch that I got my husband for Christmas to have it engraved! They got it done the same day and the staff were great in helping me find what I was looking for! Overall great experience.

I ordered the baby first Christmas ornament with engraved name and date plate. When his father opened the box, the plate immediately fell off!!! Very disappointed in the quality of this item....
