we showed up 20 minutes before closing and the workers inside dismissed us, and said they were closed but they were just standing around on their phones doing nothing

The sandwich makers rushed us and didn't listen. Toasted my sandwich without me asking and added way too many toppings &sauce even when asked for "light sauce & toppings"

I asked for Italian herb and cheese bread. Ask 2x's if this was Italian bread. He said yes. Did not want confrontation. Every time I go there it is always something. Have not been there for awhile...
