Founded in 1960, St. Richard s School is an independent episcopal day school that serves students in prekindergarten through eighth grade. The school teaches reading skills to its elementary students through phonics instruction. It uses concepts of teaching and drill work to teach math to its elementary students. Additionally, the school conducts classes in Bible, arts, music, physical education, library skills and computer applications for students in grades kindergarten through five. The school has a library and media center that provides a variety of resources, such as books, journals, magazines and Internet access. St. Richard s School is located in Indianapolis.
