Special Dogs & More is owned and operated by Randy and Robin Lapidus. Their mission is to employ, train, and help as many Intellectually Challenged as possible. Over 70% of all disabled are unemployed. Over 80% of all Intellectually Challenged are unemployed. Here at Special Dogs & More the Intellectually Challenged get the opportunity to gain employment through on the job training. Our jobs range from prep and dishwashing to dining room and front line. We need your support to help make Special Dogs & More a household name. We consider our place as a teaching restaurant and our goal is to help our employees gain full time employment where it is deemed possible. We do not and will not give up on those that need our help.
