Would have been 5 stars, but realtor was difficult to contact for a while and they weren't upfront with closing costs on land contract, but overall a good experience and quick closing

I love this company. I have bought 3 houses from them which is more than any other wholeseller. They run a very good sub-group for CIREIA and I try to go to their meetings when I can.
