History

Seniors Helping Seniors (R) began in 1998 with the idea that senior citizens can help each other age gracefully, and both, those who give, and those who receive, can benefit. The mission is to provide seniors with the ability to choose an independent lifestyle in their own homes, for as long as possible, with the dignity and respect they deserve by finding caring seniors to help each other. Our West Central Indiana franchise began in 2011 focusing on Boone, Hendricks, Morgan counties and West Indianapolis.

Seniors Helping Seniors(R) in-home services provides loving, compassionate seniors to help other seniors maintain their independence in their own homes. This innovative, intra-generational companion and home help service exclusively for seniors by seniors provides a full-range of home care, companion and home maintenance support services. Cooking, light housekeeping, companion, transportation to the doctor's office or for shopping, house and yard maintenance - all available to help seniors stay independent and living in their own homes. We offer reasonable hourly rates for seniors who want services and reasonable hourly wages for seniors who provide them.
