Order for pickup is marked completed without giving customer their order. Requested to speak to a manager and request was ignored. This is the MOST HORRIBLE SAM's CLUB I've experienced.

Its a big giant store. It serves its purpose and is pretty consistent. Its always pretty clean. I use the app to check out so dont really encounter service too often.
