Rajesh Mallela, MD

Dr. Holland is a general orthopedic surgeon who specializes in pediatric orthopedic care at Community Howard Regional Health in Kokomo. Before going into private practice, he served 13 years in the military where he practiced orthopedics. He will treat you as a family member so you're an integral part of the decision-making process in your care - to help you get back to where you want to be. He is the proud father of four children, and spends time outside the office playing sports with them, going to the park and just being a dad.

Christopher Capps, NP, received a bachelor of science degree in nursing from Indiana University Kokomo. He received a master of science degree in nursing from University of Southern Indiana. He has been with Community Health Network since 2014 as a registered nurse. He has a special interest in heart failure education and treatment. In his spare time, he enjoys camping, reading mystery novels and spending time with his wife and two children.

Angie Bowman, NP received her bachelor of science from Indiana Wesleyan University and her masters of science from Ball State University. Angie is a member of the Coalition of Advanced Practice Nurses of Indiana and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Angie began her 30-year career in healthcare as a volunteer EMT and worked towards becoming a family nurse practitioner. She spent 10 years as a family nurse practitioner. She currently works as an ob/gyn nurse practitioner, drawing from past experience as a labor and delivery nurse. Angie enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, traveling, reading and attending Broadway musicals. She is a Colts football and Kokomo Jackrabbits baseball fan.
