Best customer service around. We ordered our son's instrument late, but they worked with us, took it off a shipping truck, so I can pick it up days sooner.

Parents think twice before renting your child's instrument here! Their rent to own program for the school bands rent USED instruments. Don't take my word. Call and ask them. And that's not it......

I am disappointed with these folks. We rented an instrument for years and despised to purchase. We setup auto debit which apparently didn't work even though they were billing me on the same...

Quality of the work is good. Costs are outrageous. Wish there was competition in the area to help hold down their fees.
