This potbelly store just opened in Nora and I thought I'd give it a try. The roast beef sandwich I got was terrible, most of the meat was fatty and couldn't be chewed. The pot pie soup was good...

im definitely upset. Messed literally the whole order up, put none of the toppings I asked for on the sandwich including the extra ones I paid for, that's after I was half way home and realized...

Zero attention to detail. Incorrect items, missing items.. you name it. Multiple times they've forgotten something or given me incorrect item. Multiple times they've been out of Mac and cheese....
