Needmore Coffee Roasters, established in June 2014 by owner Katie Mysliwiec, began with a humble one-pound electric roaster. Inspired by Needmore Elementary School in northern Lawrence County, Indiana, Katie embarked on her coffee journey fueled by childhood memories. Today, the roastery, located about 19 miles south of the school, has grown significantly.
