About the Builder Greg Crawford has been a licensed residential builder in the Kalamazoo area since 1996. Greg operated as a sole proprietor under the name Crawford Construction until 2002, when he converted his business into the limited liability company of Greg Crawford Construction, L.L.C Greg has been a member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Kalamazoo since 1999, and is also a member of the Michigan Association of Home Builders and the National Association of Home Builders. He participates in the annual Parade of Homes, with homes entered in 2000, 2001 and 2004. Greg is a life-long resident of the Kalamazoo area. He was co-owner of a commercial and residential painting company for five years before getting into the building industry. Before owning his own business, Greg worked for six years in apartment maintenance, where he got hands-on experience repairing and replacing everything from drywall to backflow preventers to floor covering.
