Because this is listed as a reservoir, I will bump up my rating to a three. The loading area and water look pretty typical. There is also a dog park that seemed to be in good condition too. But...

Great park! We stopped here on a whim to let the kids play after driving 5 hours. Clean and beautiful views with the lake near by

It's a pretty quiet place, most of the time. They've got a pretty nice playground for the kids. The dog park is pretty big but don't be completely surprised if your dog ends up contracting...
