David Lauck, DO, originally from Carmel and a Cathedral graduate, received his bachelor's degree from the University of Dayton and his medical degree from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. He spent six years in the United States Air Force and completed residency at the San Antonio Military Medical Center in Texas. After residency, he was an internist and hospitalist in Virginia where he was appointed assistant professor and adjunct faculty at various institutions. He is currently a Major in the Air National Guard. He has a special interest in preventive medicine, weight management issues, exercise and nutrition. He enjoys getting to know his patients and individualizing the most up-to-date guidelines for acute and chronic disease. He enjoys golf, soccer, softball, biking or pretty much any sport, but above all he loves spending time with his wife, three young children and black lab.

Jennifer Dorantes, MD, is a native New Englander, born and raised in Connecticut. After graduating from Wellesley College in Massachusetts, she received her medical degree from University of Rochester in Rochester, NY. She completed her residency training at Tufts University-Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA. During residency, Dr. Dorantes received special training in treating older adults.After residency, Dr. Dorantes worked as a primary care doctor in Springfield, MA for 12 years. She is experienced both in the care of complex chronic diseases such as diabetes and high blood pressure and in preventive care to help patients maintain good health. She especially enjoys working with older adults to maintain their health and independence.In her spare time, she enjoys classical music, choral singing, playing the violin, gardening and playing with her dog, Oscar.
