Itoro Okpokho, MD, received a bachelor of science degree in chemistry from University of Louisville, a master of arts degree in bioethics and medical humanities from University of Louisville, and a doctorate of medicine degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. She completed a residency in family medicine at Franciscan Health Indianapolis campus. She has a special interest in family medicine. In her spare time, she enjoys shopping, running, travel, coloring, and playing with her Shiba Inu named Optimus.

Dr. McGill holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Georgia and received his medical degree at the Medical College of Georgia School of Medicine in Augusta, GA. He completed his family medicine residency at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, IN. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. McGill currently serves as the medical director of physician informatics and the physician champion for patient care redesign. He joined Community Physician Network in 2010 and is currently a family medicine care physician.

Kelsey Cowden, DO, completed her medical degree at Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine and her residency at Community Hospital East Family Medicine Residency. Dr. Cowden is a member of the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Cowden has a special interest in family medicine of all ages.In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, camping and hiking, attending concert and music festivals, as well as going on family vacations to Jamaica.
