Tricia Jo Short-Yoder, NP, BS, MS specializes in Medical Oncology and Hematology, providing care to teenagers, adults, and geriatric patients in South, North, East, and Madison County regions. Board certified by the American Nurse Credentialing Center, Tricia earned her nursing degrees from Indiana University School of Nursing in 2007 and Goshen College in 2002. She is currently accepting new patients.

Dr. Linda Nielsen, DNP, APRN-BC, AOCNP, is a nationally certified oncology nurse practitioner and has been a subinvestigator in multiple cancer clinical trials. She pioneers multiple initiatives at Community Health Network. Linda has a passion for personalized medicine and is committed to assisting patients in preventing cancer through innovative solutions and personalized cancer risk assessment. Linda's compassion, knowledge and experience make her a trusted advocate for her patients. Linda is dedicated to guiding individuals though their cancer prevention and risk reduction journey ensuring they feel supported, informed, and empowered every step of the way.
