Debra K. Taylor has been a nurse practitioner since 1999. She received a master of science in nursing as a nurse practitioner from Indiana University. She has a post-master’s degree in family practice from Northern Kentucky University. Debra is board certified in both women’s health and family practice. Debra was born and raised in Indiana and lives in Greenwood. She lives with her two children, Alexander and Madelynn. She spends her free time with children, friends and dogs. She loves trying new ethnic foods and learning about cultures.
