Hoosier Uplands is a nonprofit agency that serves as an area agency on aging, community action agency, licensed home health care and hospice agency and community housing development organization. It provides services to the poor, elderly and disabled individuals. The agency strives to alleviate poverty, improve living conditions and provide access to health care and social services. It offers Head Start, a family centered child development program that serves nutritious meals and provides medical, dental, vision, speech and hearing screenings for children. The agency s community services division offers weatherization, energy assistance, and lead paint services. Its home health care and hospice services include nursing services, physical and occupational therapy, speech language pathology, medical social services and paraprofessional services. Hoosier Uplands additionally provides housing and family services and strategic development and consulting services.

We provide a complete range of in- home care and health care staffing services. This includes personal care, skilled nursing and geriatric care management. Our office is locally owned and operated.
