The phone customer service definitely needs work. The "business" area also needs improvement. It is not private and not quiet. I had to lead a meeting immediately after a conference at the hotel,...

5 for location. Nice fitness center and clean. 1. Water temp for showers was luke warm at best. Never really got hot. 2. 15 dollars a Miller Lite at hotel bar. I get it is downtown but come on....

To start off, the elevators were broken and we had to go to the staff elevators the whole trip. They also took so long to get our rooms ready for all of us.
