Hidden fees, misapplied payments, delayed payments and, to make matters worse, condescending and rude customer service. I would avoid this bank.

They are nothing but big bank attitude. If you ever need a loan, DO NOT use them. I was in bankruptcy and actually paid payments to them all through it. Didn't make the July payment on my vehicle...
