About Heartland Painters Heartland Painters was formed in Indianapolis, IN in 2004 by long time friends Tim O'Brien and Jesse Garrison. Tim and Jesse are both experienced painters who have worked together many times over the years. As the business grew Tim took the lead on day to day operations and Jesse oversaw the business requirements. In 2009 Heartland Painters expanded its operations with the addition of James Garrison, Jesse's brother and long time friend of Tim's, as a partner and the Head of Business Operations. Heartland Painters primary goal is to provide the highest quality product at the most competitive prices. We pride ourselves on our involvement with the customer every step of the way. It may be a foreman running a final check with a customer or one of the owners personally picking up a paint brush, we want our customers to know that we care about the quality of our work. Heartland painters only employs experienced painters who have a proven record of quality combined with excellent customer service. We want our customers to know that from the moment we give them an estimate until the last drop of paint dries that we are working to give them the service and quality they deserve.
